Federation of Forest-based Industry and Trade, Nepal (FenFIT-Nepal) is a not-for-profit, social, non-political umbrella organization which was legally established in 1990 as per Constitution of Nepal to ensure the rights of industrialists and traders and promotion of timber and non-timber forest products based industry and trade in Nepal as has re-structured it into federation since 2009 AD.

FenFIT–Nepal has its own office building (Central Office) with all kinds of facilities at Amarabati Marg, Koteswar, Kathmandu -32, Nepal. It has a National/Central Committee with seven State Level Working Committee in function.
